A computer-aided/electronic banking facility that allows enrolled UCPB Peso CA/SA and FCDU SA depositors to make the following selected banking transactions through the use of a touch-tone telephone

FEATURES:

• No required maintaining balance
• Requires the enrollment of the account secured by an Account Access Code (AAC) composed of 4-8 digits.
• Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Available to UCPB Peso CASA accountholders and UCPB dollar SA accountholders
• No call charges for domestic calls.
• Allows the following banking transactions :

- Balance inquiry for Peso CA/SA and FCDU SA

- Fund transfers involving UCPB Peso CA/SA and FCDU SA    (same currency only)

- Debit bills payment with enrollment

- Consumer Loan Products inquiry(Vehicle & Housing loans)

- Insurance products(life and non-life insurance)

- Change access code

- Tag lost/stolen ATM Card

- Inquiry on the last 3 transactions

- Checkbook requisition

- Request for stop payment order (SPO)

- Request for statment of account through fax

- Request for the printing of Statement of Account at maintaining branch

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS :

1. Client shall open a CASA at any UCPB branch.
2. Client shall accomplish the UCPB Telebanking enrollment form and shall enroll his CASA account at his maintaining branch.
